Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") carefully before participating. Your participation in the event (the "Event") will be recognized as an agreement to abide by the Terms, as well as the privacy policy (https://shadowverse-wb.com/en/privacy) of Cygames, Inc. (the "Company").
Eligibility

Your artwork must comply with the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 1540 pixels wide by 1848 pixels high
- Color mode: RGB
- Resolution (DPI): 100 DPI or higher -
You must submit the artwork in the following formats:
- a single-layered image format like JPG or PNG
- a multi-layered image format like PSD or CLIP - The artwork must be your original creative work.
- The artwork must not have been previously used to enter any past contests or events.
Handling of Submission Data
- All entries must be submitted in the data formats specified above.
- Entries may be deemed ineligible if the submitted data cannot be read.
- Take note of the upload limit in the entry form. If your submission exceeds the limit, upload the data to an online storage service and submit the download URL instead.
Handling of Artwork
- As the creator of the artwork, you will retain the copyright of your submission.
- You must not exercise your moral rights against the Company in regard to how your artwork is used.
- The Company reserves the right to alter or modify your artwork if necessary.
- In order to showcase submitted works, the Company reserves the right to use, alter or modify, and publicly share the information provided in the application process, including but not limited to the artwork, artwork title, artwork description, and submitted pen name. The information may be used in the Company's games, websites, official social media accounts, videos, printed materials, and events in any region and for an indefinite period of time, and you must not exercise your moral rights against the Company regarding how the information is used.
Handling of Personal Information
The Company will collect X usernames, email addresses, and names from participants for purposes related to the Event. The Company will use the information collected only to judge artwork, announce winners, respond to inquiries, and for other purposes related to the Event.
Notes
1. Participants must acknowledge the following before participating in the Event.
• Participants must submit artwork that is their own original creative work.
• Artwork deemed to fall under any of the following categories will not be eligible to be judged or win any prizes.
- Artwork that infringes the ownership, intellectual property rights (including copyrights), privacy, or any other rights of the Company or any other third party
- Artwork that defames or damages the trust of the Company or any other third party
- Artwork that contains or modifies assets, in whole or in part, from the Shadowverse games, official websites, and other official sources
- Artwork that has been previously used to enter a past contest or event
- Artwork that has been created with the assistance of AI technology
- Artwork that contains information that can be used to directly or indirectly determine the identity of an individual or individuals
- Artwork that unjustly discriminates against or slanders a third party
- Artwork that imitates the work of others, excluding characters that fall within the theme specified above
- Artwork that depicts characters unrelated to Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, Shadowverse, Shadowverse: Evolve, Shadowverse: Champion's Battle, the Shadowverse and Shadowverse Flame TV anime, and other titles in the franchise (including collab characters)
- Artwork that is associated with or is used to solicit, provoke, or encourage suicide, self-harm, or criminal acts that include but are not limited to illegal drug use
- Artwork that contains obscene, pornographic, violent, or other themes that would cause excessive discomfort to others
- Artwork that offends against public order or decency
- Artwork that has already been used for commercial purposes
- Artwork that is deemed to have violated the Terms or otherwise found ineligible for any reason
- Artwork the Company deems to be inappropriate
• Participants who do not submit their artwork's multi-layered image data by the submission deadline will not be eligible for the final round of selections or win.
• Participants must have an X account to enter.
• Participants whose X account privacy settings are set to private will not be eligible to enter.
• Participants are solely responsible for payment of any and all internet and connection fees associated with participation in the Event.
• The Company will not answer inquiries regarding how a winner is selected or the results of the Event.
• The Company assumes no liability for any problems between the participant and a third party during the Event. The participant bears the sole responsibility and expense to resolve the dispute on their own without causing any loss to the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to change the Terms when the Company judges there is a reasonable cause, and to take any actions the Company deems necessary for the Event's management.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event without prior notice. The Company shall assume no liability whatsoever for any of the aforementioned changes.
• Those associated with CyberAgent, Inc. and its affiliated companies, including the Company, are not eligible to win.
• The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In addition, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of first instance in cases where disputes related to the Event arise.

• The Company is unable to contact the participant for selection for any reason, such as their X account being deleted.
• The participant unfollows the official X account, deletes their entry post, or changes their X account privacy settings to private.
• The Company judges the participant has engaged in unfair practices.
• The Company deems any other activity by the participant to be inappropriate.
• Participants must submit artwork that is their own original creative work.
• Artwork deemed to fall under any of the following categories will not be eligible to be judged or win any prizes.
